Editorial policy
This page sets out the rules by which EasyX-X creates, verifies, updates and corrects its material.

Sources
For news and anything carrying a release date, the desk must rely on official pages, press releases, and publications by developers, manufacturers or platforms — or on verifiable primary sources. When a secondary source is used, the text must separate confirmed facts from retelling or rumour.
Fact-checking
Names, dates, platforms, specifications, prices, release status and links are checked before publication. Claims such as “released”, “announced”, “best” or “pre-orders open” are never left without context, a verification date or a source.
Updates
When material changes after publication, the page must show the update date. Volatile 2026 topics — releases, announcements, prices, specifications and “best of” lists — are reviewed regularly.
Corrections
When a reader reports an error, the desk verifies the claim, corrects the material and, where the change is substantive, adds an update date. The channel for error reports is listed on the contact page.
Ranking methodology
Round-ups and rankings must state their selection criteria: price, availability, testing, reviews, system requirements, the user’s scenario and the date the data holds for. An arbitrary list is never presented as an objective ranking without a methodology.
AI-assisted content
AI tools may be used for drafts, structuring, checking phrasing and technical routine. Responsibility for facts, sources, final editing and publication stays with the EasyX-X desk.
Advertising and affiliate links
Where the site carries advertising placements, affiliate links or sponsored material, this must be labelled explicitly next to the material concerned.
Independence of opinion
Scores, reviews and recommendations must separate the desk’s opinion from fact. Free access to a product, a partnership or an advertising format is never hidden from the reader.
